An offline [离线] model [模型] was used to search for the optimum [优化] utilization [使用] of force [轧制力] and torque [力矩] in rolling [轧制] pass [道次]. Parameter [参数] were adjusted in Tippins, Ansaldo, Prosoft and GE model [模型] to duplicate [复制] the optimum [优化] from the offline [离线] model [模型]. A subroutine [子程序] in Fortran or C++ was installed in the existing Level 2 [二级系统] to adjust the drafting [压下], if the existing model [模型] did not have good tuning Parameter [参数]. Tables for flow stress [流变应力] were adjusted, if needed, after looking at the error [误差] in the force [轧制力] and torque [力矩] prediction [预报].
